What are your hours?

We’re open 7 days a week! Our hours are as follows:

  • Monday: 10-4
  • Tuesday: 9-6
  • Wednesday: 9-7
  • Thursday: 9-7
  • Friday: 9-6
  • Saturday: 9-4
  • Sunday: 9-4
How do I book an appointment?

The best way to book an appointment is by calling the salon at 781.641.1910! We will always do our best to accommodate your schedule. You can also fill out an online contact form to get in touch with us, and someone from our team will get back to you shortly. 

Do you accept walk-ins?

At this time, we are not accepting walk-ins. Appointments must be made in advance in order to regulate the number of people in the salon at one time. 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do! Gift Cards can be purchased in the salon for any amount. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

How can I tip my stylist?

Gratuities are not included in our pricing. We encourage clients to tip stylists appropriately if your service exceeds expectations (which we know it will)! Tips are accepted in cash, personal check to the stylist, and many stylists also accept venmo. Unfortunately, tips cannot be added to checks or credit card payments. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you’re unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please give us a call at least 24 hours in advance. While there is no cancellation fee, we greatly appreciate the courtesy in order to accommodate other clients. 

What does it mean to be an Aveda salon?

Marchelle Salone is proud to be an Aveda salon, meaning we exclusively use Aveda products in the salon and also carry their products for sale to recreate your salon-fresh look at home. What salon services do you offer?

In addition to men’s and women’s haircuts, coloring, and styling, we also offer makeup application, botanical therapy, and waxing. Checkout our full list of services and pricing

Can I choose my hairstylist?

Yes, of course!  All of our stylists are incredibly talented, but we understand that you may become partial to one. When you call to schedule your appointment, just be sure to tell us who you’d like to see. 

What if I’m not happy with my service?

We always want you to be happy with your haircut or color. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the service you had, please contact us within 48 hours and we will be glad to fix it!
