We understand the importance of privacy and comfort during your salon experience. At Marchelle Salone, we offer a private room for all hair services upon request. When booking your appointment, please inform us of your preference, and we will ensure that you feel welcomed and at ease in our establishment. Your privacy is paramount to us, and we are dedicated to providing a professional and accommodating environment for all our clients.

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL

We kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow ample opportunity for settling in and ensuring you receive the full duration of your stylist’s attention.

RUNNING LATE?

Please call us to let us know if you are running late. If possible, we will adjust our schedule. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify your service or reschedule your appointment to another day to avoid interfering with another client’s time.

CANCELLATIONS

Regular Appointments

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows create significant gaps in our schedule.

Appointments Over 2 Hours

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation Charges

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or miss your appointment without notifying us in advance, your credit card may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

Future Appointments

If you miss an appointment without appropriate notice, you must pay for the missed appointment before you can schedule any future appointments.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

A credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This card will be charged for late cancellations, late changes, late arrivals, or no-shows.

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash and checks are preferred. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

TIPPING & GRATUITY

Gratuities are greatly appreciated for each stylist! Gratuity can be given in cash, by check, Venmo or by using the Tippy app. Gratuities cannot be added to credit card payments.

REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS

Refunds are not provided for services. We offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days post-service. This guarantee applies if you follow the aftercare regimen recommended by your stylist.

PRODUCT USE

Non-professional products may affect the quality of our services. For optimal results, please use products recommended by your stylist.
