A private room is available upon request for all hair services. Please let us know your preference when you are booking your appointment, and we will make sure you feel welcome and at home at Marchelle Salone.
APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can get settled in and have the maximum amount of time with your stylist. There may be other appointments scheduled after your service, therefore, we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and cash. We cannot put gratuities on credit cards; they must be paid in cash only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected emergencies can happen, and at times, cause our guests to reschedule their appointments. Since we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you, we respectfully request 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your single service, 48 hours for multiple services and 72 hours for group or bridal services. Your thoughtfulness in this matter is greatly appreciated.
